Our Warranty
Automobile glass is warrantied against defects in materials or workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle in which the glass is installed. Two year warranty on the installation of rear slider glass, regulators, and other mechanical parts that valueGLASS has installed.
EXCLUSIONS:
Damage not involving defective workmanship or materials is expressly excluded from coverage under this warranty. Lifetime Warranty does not apply to customer supplied glass, window regulators, and other mechanical parts surrounding the glass, or rust/corrosion issues prior to installation. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damage.
GENERAL:
If you have a problem that is covered by this warranty, you may contact us and we will replace or repair the warranted product. In order to exercise your rights under this warranty, contact us with evidence of installation by us (such as a copy of the invoice) and the defective installation will be corrected without charge at a mutually agreed upon time.

The repair process involves the injection of special adhesives into the damaged part of the glass. The degree of success of each repair is a result of several variables. The best results are obtained when the damage is recent, the point of impact is small, the cracks around the damaged area are small, and there is no moisture in the damaged area.
In some cases, the attempt to repair a windshield can result in the chip or cracks becoming larger, and we are not responsible for such damage. If you are dissatisfied with the repair, we will credit the cost of the repair toward a replacement. If your insurance company paid for the repair, the insurance company will receive the credit.
We guarantee that the repaired portion of the windshield will not crack further and that the repair will satiate state law enforcement or we will credit the cost of repair toward replacement.
This warranty applies as long as you own or lease the vehicle on which the repair was made and is not transferable.
WINDSHIELD DRIVE TIME CAUTION
Out of concern for our valued customers, we recommend that you avoid driving your vehicle until the adhesive used to install your windshield achieves sufficient strength to meet the federal motor vehicle safety standards for windshield retention.
The adhesive used to install your windshield was designed to meet those standards in the event of a collision or rollover, placing the passengers in the vehicle in greater damage of severe or fatal injury. Please drive with care and ALWAYS wear your seat belt. The "minimum drive away time" for the vehicle is determined by the adhesive manufacturer. It is based on a number of factors which may include: the presence of a passenger side airbag, the adhesive used, and the temperature and humidity at the time of installation

Insulated Glass Limited Warranty
For a period of 10 years after the date of manufacture, valueGLASS warrants its insulating units not to
develop obstruction of vision due to moisture on the internal glass surfaces caused by failure of hermetic seal
The warranty shall not apply to:
Units used outside the continental United States.
2. Units used in vehicles, skylights, ships, commercial refrigeration, slope glazing or swinging doors.
3. Units which are subject to abnormal stress, excessive vibration, direct heat, twisted opening, or lack of allowance for expansion and contraction of framing members.
4. Units in which either side of the glass has become damaged such as chipping, cracking or breaking of glass.
5. Units with films of any type applied to the glass.
6. Units not installed by valueGLASS as we can not be certain of installation and glazing practices outside our own company.
valueGLASS reserves the right to have any unit alleged to be defective under this warranty field inspected by a representative from our company. Our liability under this warranty shall be limited to replacement of the insulated glass unit, valueGLASS is not responsible for any incidental, consequential, or damage in connection with such units.
